The spring swap meet is just around the corner! Come out to our spectacular venue at St. Pauls Lutheran church. 4686 E Walnut St, Westerville, OH 43081 on Saturday June 1st. 7AM to 11AM.

There is electric, shelter and plentiful parking. Set up is only $10 per table. There are typically 12-15 vendors set up and it is not a bad little meet. So come out and enjoy! Rain or Shine.

I am feeling much better after my recent illness prevented me from attending the most recent meeting. I wish to thank club members Carlie and Brad for running the meeting.

I just updated the calendar, we have an Estes auction on March 16th, a meet in Pittsburgh on April 28th and a club meeting on April 17th. Also remember the fabulous Kutztown show is in May.

A venue and an agenda for the April meeting will be forthcoming. Stay tuned.

Longtime member Scott Freshour was elected president of COARA at the October club meeting. Scott will be replacing Dave Poland in the office. Dave was the president for many years and while stepping down as president, he plans to remain active in the club. We wish thank Dave for his dedication and passion for the club over the years.

Scott is the owner of Columbus Vintage Audio, a re-seller of vintage electronics and antique radio.

The December club meeting will be the annual holiday party hosted by club vice president Thom Flak at his Columbus home. The date is Saturday Dec. 15th at 7P.M. Please bring your libation of choice and a guest. The club will supply pizzas, basic snacks and soda.

Thom’s home is a couple miles north of the OSU & west of the Olentangy River. Directions:

Our end of Summer tailgate meet will be at the same church location as before – Saturday morning 8 to 11 am.
The Early Television Foundation and Museum will join in as co-sponsor.

Tube Radios, early audio and stereos, tubes, early tv’s, records, early calculators … welcome.
